All our paid plans have same set of features and the pricing depends on the volume of requests on the store.
Tiered pricing based on usage also helps us understand the scale of business and justifies the investment the brand is putting on the technology. Being bootstrapped, value based investments have been the only way for us and we make sure, we keep that in mind before charging every penny from our merchants like you :)
Upgrades are as simple as a button click.
After going through 3-4 return apps searching for one that best fits our needs I decided to give this one a try. Return Prime is the absolute best. I am the furthest from tech savvy and it was an easy install. Everything was up and running quickly. I ran into a few minor issues because I neglected to complete a few tasks on the back end. This app gives return AND EXCHANGE functionality for a great price. Other apps make you pay $$$ for both those features. Also, the app works really well and the onboarding experience was absolutely fantastic. They inject humor into the process to actually make it fun and funny along the way. The customer service is wonderful. I was so happy to find this app!

You don't have to worry about that. Our intelligent system takes care of everything without you having to do anything.
The dates stay the same and the plan is updated and the old requests stay the same. If you have used 50 requests and plan to upgrade to 100 request plans. 50 requests would still be used and you would receive 50 new requests for the month.
Prices are something that comes to us through shopify. Since all plans are handled by Shopify, there is no negotiation with prices.
