For each currency, create a feed. You can promote the target country's original pricing and currency this way. This will allow you to display the actual pricing that you have specified in your store rather than the converted price that Google displays.
Not just the primary product, but all variations will be included in the feed. Google Shopping will cover every variant in terms of colour, size, material, and so on. Each variation also has its own picture.
You'll never promote items that can't be ordered. Even with the continue/deny inventory strategy, out-of-stock goods will be appropriately labelled.
